The system developed has undergone unit and functional testing to ensure that its functionalities are working as expected. The researchers also conducted screen testing with the target users of the system such as the Secretary, Barangay Deputy, and other officials. The suggestions and pointers provided by the supposed users are incorporated and added to the system.
After developing the final working system, the researchers conducted the User Acceptance Testing at the Barangay office together with the Secretary, Deputy, and other officials in the Barangay. The researchers also conducted a presentation that demonstrates how each module of the system work such as the profiling, analytics, and generation of forms or certificates.

Altogether, the system can reduce the manual labor of the officers and streamline the process of household profiling in Barangay 385. It can also aid the in provision of social services to the constituents as it displays comprehensive overview of aggregated key information in the dashboard.
